We found another great tip in this post of the German blog of ProjectWizards. It mentions a cool web game by CA called PPM HERO.
You are talking over an existing project, your budget is 100,000, and there is a lot at stake, namely your reputation. When playing you need to find your way through the office, prove your manager skills and answer project  management questions while avoiding the project police. But remember, be quick. You are running out of time and budget… Sounds fun? It really is. Enjoy playing, as we did 🙂

I’ve tried it.
I think some of the answers are wrong. Here’s a question:
“What will almost certainly lead to project failure?”
The correct answer was:
“Lack of communications between the project team members and the client.”
Why do project team members have to communication with the client?
This is one of the responsibilities of the project manager (engaging with stakeholders, including the client).
In case the question and the answer was really entered as you type them, we agree, it looks like as if the wrong answer was mapped to this question. Was it fun? 🙂
It was nice, but would’ve been much more fun if it was accurate. Btw, as far as I remember, that question was on the bottom left.
