Merlin supports a great variety of file formats that it can export to, including specifying what particular data you wish to export. You can export to HTML (requires Merlin Web-Sharing add-on), PDF, CSV, MS Project (XML format), etc. Learn more here.

as I cannot afford Merlin any more am I able to export it to myob

what is ‘myob’? Maybe you can choose to export in a compatible format?
