New Support System for Merlin users

We in ProjectWizards are proud to announce that we installed a new Support System to provide a better service to our Merlin users.

Your support channels remained the same. So if you cannot find the solution to your question in the documentation, our short files on the product pages, our YouTube channel, the Merlin user forum, simply send us an email just the way you did in the past.
We will reply promptly as usually also per email and the whole time through the system will archive our communication.

We are confident, this system would help us to track support request with ease, enhancing your support experience.
